指定したAPNから、別のAPNに切り曠わらないようにします。
一部の端末で、Wi-Fi APモードにすると、勝手にAPNが切り曠わる怪現象が発生するらしいですが、
そういう端末に你えるかもしれません。（你えないかもしれませんが。）
ついでに、端末起動時に、Wi-Fi APモードにする設定も。（前の設定を引き継がない端末向け）
※ APN設定が無い端末では正常に動作しません。
また、Android4(ICS)以降の端末でも正常に動作しないと思います（APN設定変更のpermissionが変更となったため）

Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
