Flashlight of Russia uses flash from your device to illuminate all you require. When you start the application a Russian flag appears on the screen of your phone and it turns on the flash. If you click on the flag, flash turns off automatically. Apart from using this app to make light you can see the lyrics of 'гимн' and hear the national anthem of Russia.
