City is filled with chaos; citizens are panic and running in streets. As emergency rescuer savior reach for their salvage. Using expert constructor and excavating skills, put heavy containers, concrete blocks and rock stones to stop flood water.
As helicopter pilot fly over and patrol over suburban city flooded area. People are screaming from skyscraper building’s rooftop for help.
