Radio Latina FM 102.1, una radio que nace en 1992 como una iniciativa de su mentor Cesar Rubén Cabrera; que ante la mirada visionaria y la necesidad de una medio de comunicación en la localidad , que no existía en ese momento , decidió con su familia buscar información acerca del acceso a este medio desconocido ,para su puesta en funcionamiento.
La población accedía en aquellos tiempos a una emisora AM que está distante a unos 120 km de nuestra localidad aproximadamente y como pueblo Coronel Du Graty, no tiene una radio Fm.
Desde aquel momento la población muy asombrada participa muy entusiasta de aquel micro-emprendimiento privado.
Tomando como anecdótico, la venta masiva de radios con frecuencia modulada donde los comercios no podían abastecer a la demanda que había provocado curiosamente este medio.
Con el transcurrir de los años se han creado más emisoras de este tipo, pero la que mantiene el mayor numero de audiencia, sigue siendo estadísticamente RADIO LATINA... la primera!!
