運動時間と休憩時間は右上のメニューボ゠ンからお好だで変更することもできます。 Start by tapping the screen center of the hoop!
Each side 4 minutes, counting down a break of 2 minutes in between, to help the best hula hoop exercise with sound and animation.
Exercise time and rest time can also be changed in your favorite from the top right menu button.
