Fracto helps you invest in a property on fractional ownership basis. Browse or search through innumerable property listed by owners or builders. Check out the Fracto Value Report on request to understand the market trend for each property. Pay small token to book property and pay rest in 30 days. Your ownership is committed through a shareholding in an LLC (Limited Liability Company). Following are the steps to get a Fracto property:brbr1. Search from listed propertiesbr2. Book a property by paying a tokenbr3. Pay rest of the amount in next 30 daysbr4. You own equivalent amount of share as per the number of shares in LLC for the propertybr5. The property is transfered to the new LLCbr6. Trade your share or earn rent on your sharebrbrFracto takes care of all paperwork involving company or LLC formation, property registration, owner name in sale deed, and property management post sales. The token amount is paid to the owner or builder post verification. Only verified properties are eligible to get bookings. All Fracto properties are given 90 days to sell. In case there are any unsold or unbooked Fractos, the property is delisted and all bookings are refunded without deduction to respective Fracto buyers or investorsbrbrFracto charges Rs. 500 per Fracto for each property booked and sold through Fracto technology platform. Fracto is not a broker or agent and does not charge any amount as brokerage. Our charges include property verification, property evaluation, LLC or company formation, property registration support and property management consultant support. The charges do not include annual property management fees post Fracto property sales. Property Management Fees shall be made available to all investors or buyers to choose and enroll through voting mechanism
