Please note, if the app cannot find anybody nearby, that doesn't mean that the app doesn't work! There is simply nobody around you. Please try to increase the radius and the timestamp or try in a different location!

INSTRUCTION:
Open the app, then select the radius and the time period, afterwards click on the search button. The search results will be displayed below. By clicking on a profile, you will be transferred directly to the Instagram app to view the profile. By clicking on the back button, you will be transferred back to the app. You can continue browsing profiles.
If you want to search in a specific place, then choose "Place" from the left dropdown item. Set the radius to find locations near you, they will appear below. Click on a location to start searching.
NOTE: If you see the message "Overlay Detected" then please go to "Settings -> Apps -> Frindr -> Permissions" and grant the app all the permissions there. This is an Android bug!
How to install Frindr for Instagram APK for Android [menu]

Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
