JOIN IN THE GYM OR REMOTELY FROM HOME
Garmin Room provides real-time information during group training sessions from participants inside a gym but also from those joining remotely.
ACTIVITY TYPE RELATED FITNESS PARAMETERS
The workout instructor can monitor their classes by checking different fitness parameters such as heart rate, heart rate zones, intensity minutes, calories burned, stress level, steps or respiration.
TRAIN PEOPLE BASED ON THEIR FITNESS INTENSITY ZONES
With the training assistance functionalities, you can identify over- or underperforming participants at one glance and provide individual feedback.
MOTIVATION AND COMMUNITY
The group exercise summary provides insights about the whole class performance and individual leaderboards with motivational awards.
