1.- You just have to select one time, then choose a period, so gestitime warns you periodically during the countdown, and click "START". That's all!!

2. You need to select almost one time and press "ADD". Repeat as many times as you want to get notifications and click "START"!

3.- You first need to select one time, then choose a period. If you want to add additional notifications, you can set as many times as you want pressing "ADD". Times are sorted automatically. Click "START" to begin countdown.
