GIST - Kalkulator skierowany jest do lekarzy. Pozwala dokonać oceny ryzyka nawrotu u chorych po resekcji pierwotnego nowotworu podścieliskowego przewodu pokarmowego (GIST) - grupy rokownicze o różnych lokalizacjach wg wytycznych ESMO, 2012.
Jak obliczyć ryzyko nawrotu u chorych po resekcji pierwotnego nowotworu podścieliskowego przewodu pokarmowego (GIST)?
Obliczenia powstają poprzez wybranie przycisków w trzech grupach:
1. Liczba mitotyczna - (HPF - ang: High Power Field - pole w dużym powiększeniu w mikroskopie x 400)
2. Wielkość guza - centymetry
3. Lokalizacja guza (żołądek, dwunastnica, jelito czcze i kręte, odbytnica)
Wynik podawany jest jako odsetek nawrotów po leczeniu chirurgicznym w ramach grup rokowniczych. GIST KALK - Calculator assess the risk of recurrence in patients after resection of primary gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST).
GIST - Calculator is intended for doctors. This allows to assess the risk of recurrence in patients after resection of primary gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) - prognostic groups in different locations by ESMO Guidelines, 2012.
How to calculate the risk of recurrence in patients after resection of primary gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST)?
Calculations are made by selecting the buttons in three groups:
First Number of Mitotic - (HPF - ang: High Power Field - the field at high magnification microscope x 400)
Second Tumor size - centimeters
3rd Location of the tumor (stomach, duodenum, jejunum and ileum, rectum)
The result is given as a percentage of recurrence after surgery in the prognostic groups.
