Install this.
Two cool glassed setups. Both with analog clock with smooth moving second hand dot, clearing the outer ring, and current weather info with 5-days forecast. Glassd Neon has some nice neoned graphics embedded.

Notice the nice animations when slow swiping in to forecast screen :)
Calendar widget on screen shots is not embedded in skin, but just shown to give ideas on setup.
