GlowHealth is a beautiful, interactive app that focuses on the three basic fundamentals of health and fitness - good nutrition, good hydration and basic cardiovascular activity. Simply set your desired level for daily calorie consumption, water intake and steps taken, and log that data. Each day enjoy the experience of growing your health glow from a small dim color to a large bright glow circle. View your weekly and monthly progress to reaffirm you are glowing with good basic health habits.
GlowHealth is also smartwatch compatible (Coming Soon). Let your wrist glow and remind you to keep your glow growing through out your day.
Simple yet complete, GlowHealth eliminates the overwhelming and conflicting concepts of what it means to be healthy and fit by staying focused on the basics - good nutrition, good hydration and good movement, helping create a solid foundation of healthy habits. GlowHealth can be downloaded with a free 7-day trial. You can choose a payment plan on a monthly or annual auto-renewing basis or get unlimited Lifetime Access.
Subscriptions purchased through the app will be charged to your Google Account and will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off in your Google Play Store at least 24 prior to the end of the current period. Your subscriptions can be managed, restored, or canceled under your Google Account settings.
Any free or discounted subscriptions will be converted to an auto-renewing subscription at full price at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period is over. Any unused portion of a free or discounted subscription will be forfeited when you cancel a subscription. This purchase is covered by the GlowHealth Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
