This is a Blue Minimal Theme (inspired by Android 4.0/Ice Cream Sandwich) for GO Contacts Ex.

This is NOT a standalone app, so download Go Contacts Ex in the Play Store if you haven't already done so.
Installation
1. Install GO Contacts Ex (free & available in the Play Store)

3. Menu -> Themes -> Ice Cream Sandwich
