GoJabber is the best Jabber/XMPP client with free calls and multiaccount support for Android devices. It provides a very beautiful and easy-to-use user interface without decreasing the security or privacy.
Its main features are multiaccount support for XMPP servers, free calls with a VoIP account, file transfer, multiple chats, and unlimited messages free of charge. But it also includes other relevant features like:
