GPS Prasna is a utility for practitioners of Indian astrology (Jyotish) that takes advantage of GPS location services on the Android phone. The application will also work using the Network Location. If it is taking too long to sync with satellites (which can happen) just press the Cancel button and you will often get the cached location or network location if available.
