The tool provide sprint retrospective during the sprint itself with the implementation of 5s Confidence Model. The App address the challenges involved in sprint retrospective and makes status update to planning and problem solving meeting, with the collaborative effort of all team members instead of round-table discussion identifying everybody’s problems.
