Guard Fit, the Army National Guard’s app brought to you by Guard Your Health, will keep you fit and mission ready year round and help you reach the Annual Physical Fitness Test (APFT) scores you've always wanted.
Set your APFT goals and target weight
Pick a fitness goal that works for you - whether you’re hoping to max your next APFT or just looking for that 180. We’ll help you reach the target range to pass for your age and gender.
Log and track your progress
Do a practice APFT using the built-in timers for push-ups, sit-ups, and the 2-mile run. Log your results to calculate your projected APFT score and identify areas you need to work on.
Customize your training plan
Take the guess work out of PT. Check out the daily/weekly training plan generated for you, and easily edit your plan based on your schedule and training needs. Pick your level of intensity and get to it! We’ll show you proper form and tell you how long to do each exercise with a built-in timer.

Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)

- Confirm with OK
