Using our app Security Guard can:
Perform pre-scheduled guard tours at the site using QR codes or NFC tags placed at various check points. We also capture timestamp and Geo location This acts as proof that the round was performed as per SLA and at location
Mark attendance from site with selfie photograph
Perform assigned tasks, view completed and pending tasks
Report any incidences at site in real-time with Audio, Video recording and Photos as proof
Send emergency request for help to Central Monitoring
Communicate with colleagues using inbuilt helpdesk
Our associated web portal allows you to:
Monitor guards from centralized location with live, customizable dashboards across multiple sites
Receive alerts on email and SMS for missed tasks, incidents and SOS help requests
Create or bulk import Sites, Checkpoints, Guards data
Set up shifts and assign guards
Schedule and assign guard tours. System takes care of generating the tasks, pushing to guards device and reminding the guard on time
View leaderboard based on task performance
Comprehensive reporting with export in various formats such as pdf, spreadsheets, doc, csv etc.
