If you are doing heavy weight training, it is not optimal and sometimes even dangerous to jump right into your sets with your work weights.
This app automatically calculates the weights (lb and kg) you should use for your warm up sets so that you are warmed up properly, but not too exhausted.
You can either create your own custom warmup system or use one of two popular warm up methods, like the Starting Strength warm up from Mark Rippetoe.
