Cette application, sous la forme d'ateliers, propose une progression en gymnastique sportive. Les exercices, classés par familles (tourner en avant, tourner en arrière, tourner longitudinalement, se renverser, voler, voler et tourner), sont hiérarchisés des niveaux A à F.
La liste de tous les élèves de l'établissement peut être importée d'un clic via le site epsoft.
Les élèves peuvent alors valider leurs réussites au fur et à mesure des leçons sous la forme d'un bilan de compétences (non acquis, en cours d'acquisition ou acquis).
La présentation du matériel nécessaire, avec photo de l'installation, permet un gain de temps sur l'installation de chaque atelier.
Pour chaque atelier les Critères de réalisation sont indiqués.
Fonctions Lecture / pause / grand écran sur chaque vidéo.
