About the question about radio Haiti sans internet is that you can't find any station radio in Haiti sans internet unless your phone / tablet with android have a separate hardware for that that can allow listening to local radio in your area with no internet connection. Few phone models have that and you can find it by searching for that separate app in your phone or looking on device specs on a profile website.
Remember that NOT all radio stations are live 24/7, some are live just between day hours or limited by number of listeners. Radio stations will not play by its own. You have control when to start or to stop using Play/Stop button. After you start playing a station you can minimize it and do what you want to do while listening to your favorite station. When you minimize the app while a online radio station is still playing, you can see a small music note in the notification bar. That is how you can get back to the app and either stop or change the station.
