This is the ghost rider mod for the San Andreas game where you can kill people using the Hellfire Chain.
Commit crime, Steal vehicles from other drivers, or explore the city of san andreas. You can shoot, rob banks and stores. There is a criminals chaos in the city. You are a Ghost rider who has created bloody rampage on the streets of vice city of San Andreas. You have Hellfire Chain using which you can blast off cars, kill people and do much more. This is the special Halloween edition of the game.
