The HD CEWERS App is an integrated mobile app and SMS based system which serves as a conflict early warning and early response system for Plateau and Kaduna states in Nigeria.
It is a platform which intends to empower the public as well as designated tension managers to report incidents as they occur.
It is also a mechanism intended to prompt an early response by the security agencies or military or any other relevant parties as needed, in order to prevent the spread or escalation of any conflict in the area.
