- VIRTUAL TELEMEDICINE VISITS: Our providers are available to discuss your health concerns over phone or video chat, 365 days a year
- REMOTE MONITORING: Rest easy knowing your doctor has access to your most up to date health information, thanks to our Heal Hub monitoring service.
Patients can schedule a telemedicine or in-home visit with a highly-vetted, board-certified and licensed provider, 365 days a year. Note that Heal does not treat emergencies.
PRICING AND INSURANCE:
Heal is in-network with Medicare and most major Medicare Advantage plans, including Humana, Wellcare, Aetna, VillageCare, Clover, Healthfirst, United Healthcare, and EmblemHealth.
House calls are covered by most insurance plans and the copay is typically the same as an office visit to a primary care provider.
Telemedicine calls are covered by most insurance plans at no cost or a very low co-pay to members. You would just pay your applicable co-pay.
