It not only helps you easily record daily blood sugar data and monitor long-term blood sugar trends, but also helps you monitor your blood pressure and heart rate, provides a lot of blood pressure & blood sugar related science knowledge so that you can understand and control blood sugar & blood pressure more comprehensively.
Record blood pressure:
Easily record your daily blood pressure data, automatically calculate and distinguish blood pressure ranges, view and track changes in blood pressure data over a period of time.
Blood Sugar Tracking:
Log your blood sugar readings simply and conveniently, with just a few taps, enter measurements and get a complete picture of your blood sugar levels over time. Visualize your blood pressure trends through intuitive charts and graphs.
Detect heart rate:
Detect your heart rate by using your smartphone camera with Photoplethysmography (PPG). Health tracker can caculate HRV (Heart Rate Variability) Personalized results for assessing stress levels based on accurate pulse signals.
How exactly does camera measurement work?
We use a method called photoplethysmography (PPG), which uses light-based technology to sense the rate of blood flow controlled by the heart.
When your heart beats, blood flows in and out of the capillaries in your fingers. These changes in blood volume can discolor the finger tissue. During the measurement, a flashlight shines on the tissue of your finger, and a camera captures video of your blood volume changes, capturing snippets of your heartbeat.
Weight and BMI:
Helps you track your weight and calculate your body mass index (BMI). It is designed to help you monitor your weight. The app also provides tons of scientific weight loss, fat loss guides, diet plans and more.
Pedometer:
Counts the steps you take and estimates the distance you have traveled based on your steps.
AI doctor based on GPT4:
