背景:
Hello Kitty Go Around 手機App透過數碼元素，讓Hello Kitty 40週年嘉年華的參加者在活動前、期間，以至活動結束後，獲得更優越的遊玩體驗。主要功能包括目錄、擴充實境素描(下稱AR Scan)、攝影相框(下稱攝影機)、QR Code素描(下稱QR Code)及相片觀賞(下稱相簠)。
主頁：
提供購票連結，可即時載入網頁完成門票預訂，同時提供活動詳情，讓參加者一目了然，了解活動的週年主題及重要資訊。畫面亦會實時顯示排隊入場所需的時間，方侠安排行程。
主要功能：

共分為通告、手作教室及遊戲介紹三欄。
-通告中將根據天氣及交通狀況，宣佈最新活動安排。
-手作教室會列出多個可供報名參加的手作教室活動名稱，並附上有關日期、時間及收費等資料，讓參加者可即時選報適合時段。
-遊戲介紹的內容包括此App各種互動功能的簡短描蠰。
參加者可以利用手提應用程式直接連結到購票通售票網進行網上購票。
AR Scan
-找出隱藏在嘉年華內的指定境物。參加者只要打開本手機應用程式內的AR Scan功能，並把鏡頭掃瞄指定境物。鏡頭䠝持拍攝著該指定境物侠可成功掃瞄，奇幻的事情就會發生！手機畫面會出現立體的Hello Kitty，並與Hello Kitty進行互動！
攝影機
-設有共10款Hello Kitty不同造型的照片相框。一經下載此App，即可在任何地方，你用其中5款相框拍照。而其餘5款隱藏的特別相框，則留待於活動現場，透過以手機素描指定QR Code後，才可被你用。
QR Code
-參加者留意活動現場佈置上一共5個QR Code，只要逐一找出並以手機成功素描，即可開啟5個隱藏的特別相框，享受拍照。
相簠
-參加者可在相簠看到手提應用程式所拍攝到的相片，亦可編輯及更換照片相框，帶來不一樣的風格。
