แอปพลิเคชันี้จะมีส่วนการทำงานอยู่ 3 ส่วนคือ
- ส่วนวิเคราะห์โรค (Talking herb) เป็นการวิเคราะห์อาการของโรคและแนะนำสมุนไพร โดยการให้ผู้ใช้นั้นเลือกอาการของโรคที่มีแล้วแอปพลิเคชันจะวิเคราะห์ว่าเป็นโรคอะไรและรักษาโดยสมุนไพรไหนและข้อมูลตัวยาที่ทำจากสมุนไพร
- ส่วนค้นหาและอ่านข้อมูล (Search and Read Herb) เป็นส่วนการค้นหาสมุนไพรและอ่านรายละเอียดของสมุนไพร โดยการใส่ชื่อสมุนไพรลงไปและเข้าไปดูรายละเอียด และการหาโดยจะมีรายชื่อสมุนไพรทั้งหมดในแอปพลิเคชันให้เลือกแล้วเข้าไปดูรายละเอียดสมุนไพร
- ส่วนจัดการข้อมูลผู้ใช้และแจ้งเตือน (Set Profile and Notify Message) เป็นส่วนที่แอปพลิเคชันจะเก็บข้อมูลผู้ใช้ ซึ่งจะมี ชื่อ และโรคและอาการต่างๆ เพื่อนำไปใช้แจ้งเตือนเพื่อช่วยแนะนำข้อมูลสมุนไพรให้มีความน่าสนใจและสะดวกมากยิ่งขึ้น
