Graphs now include intuitive navigation and easier date selection or scrolling over different time frames. We’ve also added Range Bar graphs that can help spot variance in metrics like blood glucose levels.
If you track your mood, we made the Mood Tracker easier and more straightforward.
This update also includes bug fixes and stability improvements.

HF Path is a self-management tool for Heart Failure patients that teaches them to track and manage their symptoms, weight and medication regularly, while also educating them to take small steps to improve their quality of life through engaging interactive courses. Users also have the opportunity to connect with others like them through the group chat function or through the AHA/ASA Support network. The tool can also be accessed via the web at www.heart.org/hfpath.
