The original HIGH Fitness format brings you a HIGH energy, HIGH intensity, FUN class that is set to music you know and love, and works within the concept of high intensity interval training.
HIGH Low Fitness brings you a HIGH energy, HIGH intensity, lower impact, steady state cardio workout with the same brand of FUN, amazing music and moves.
No equipment or experience necessary. Tune in to our LIVE streamed classes taught by talented instructors from across the US and Canada - you will never have so much fun working out at home!
To access all features and content you can subscribe to HIGH Fitness LIVE on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.
