This is not a standalone app, You will require a launcher compatible with HoloRay to experience Android 4.4 KitKat on your device. No worries, it has been programmed to work with all major launchers.

HoloRay is free today and will always be free! Most Android KitKat themes even with functionality nowhere near to HoloRay are paid apps. Still, we provide better functionality, that too completely free!
Does what it's supposed to do
Unlike most other Android KitKat themes this doesn't apply custom icons on irrelevant apps. This gives you the "Pure Nexus like Kitkat experience" without any bloatware included.
