Travelers Home Inspection App offers home insurance customers an easy way to submit photos of their home to Travelers.
Here is how it works:
- Only available to Travelers homeowners customers app
- Customers will receive an email from Travelers, with a link to this app and a unique inspection code
- Download the app
Enter your email address and home inspection code
Take a few photos, click submit to send
With the home inspection app you will be able to:
- Take photos of your home
- Submit to Travelers electronically through the app
- Save them in case you need them in the future
What's next?
- You will receive an email confirmation from Travelers that the photos have been received
If all the information is complete - you are done
If we need additional information, Travelers will contact you with next steps
