On-call Horizon BCBSNJ support is always at your service to answer your questions or concerns. The app is intended for use by Horizon members and/or persons/entities located in New Jersey. Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is an independent licensee of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association.

You can also chat with a nurse or see a doctor virtually directly on your mobile device.

The Horizon Blue app is free and lets you:

• Access the details of your plan
• Speak with a nurse or doctor
• View and print ID Cards
• Locate doctor and hospitals
• Easily track your costs
• Submit Medical Claims
• Get quick claim status updates
