They want to put their terms and conditions to the government. Your duty is to eliminate every one of them before they start a bargain. Save the hostages and clear the city out of these terrorists.
HOW TERRORISTS GOT HERE?
The city was considered most secured areas of the state, but there were some security loopholes which armed and civil forces could not realize. Terrorist got over them and has succeeded to enter the city and take control of it making people hostages. Now only your commando and secret agent skills can save the citizen and rescue them.
