The app uses the data provided by huizenzoeker.nl which gathers property data of several big Dutch real estate websites:

HOW TO USE
The first thing you will see when you open the app is a map with found houses for sale or rent near you. To filter the found results you can press the magnifying glass in the top riht corner. Now you can filter your results. Choose whether you want to search for properties for sale or for rent. Or choose a location. You can also filter on price, property type (apartments, dwelling houses or Holiday houses), amount of rooms, living space, lot size and the year the home was built in.
When you press "Search" the map or list will show the found properties. Only 100 homes can be shown on the map. There might be more houses that are for sale or for rent on that area. To find those you will have to zoom in more or create a more specific search filter.
When you press on a property you will see some pictures and basic information. You can also visit the website of huizenzoeker. On the website you will find a link to the original property website like funda or jaap.nl. Funda and Jaap.nl are the biggest Dutch property websites.
