Hydration Calculator follows 3 easy steps to see whether you are drinking enough water. The calculator will work out your hydration level based on the information you give about yourself and your daily drinking habits. The three steps are -
Step 1: Provide your Weight in Kilograms.
Step 2: Provide how much time you do exercise daily.
Step 3: How many glass of water you drink daily.
The app will calculate and show how many glasses of water you should drink each day. One glass of water is 250ml.
