I-Succeed Network is a Not for Profit (Sec 8) NGO, which provides employability solutions for rural and urban higher educated youth, belonging from low income households or disadvantaged sections of society. The end to end solution focuses on the following stages:
1. Identify meritorious youth
2. Assess their training needs to make them employable
3. Provide training in chosen sectors (e.g. Banking & IT)
4. Offer financing solutions to pay back training fee
5. Provide job placement assistance through employer interviews
6. Initiate fee repayment through easy EMIs from jobs attained during the course
7. Provide post-job support for easy work-life integration
