The iCondo Visitor and Resident Management System (VRMS) is an extension to the iCondo property management platform. As part of an ecosystem, the iCondo VRMS system interfaces with the resident iCondo App, Building Manager backend and the Management Council.
An interconnected system allows for cloud based access controls, visitor arrival notification, pre-registration of guests and contractors, alerts to management of access control lapses, and better KPI tracking of security service providers.
