Icon pack can be used with ADW Ex, Apex Launcher Pro, Nova Launcher Prime, Circle Launcher(Paid), Atom Launcher, Holo Launcher, and Go Launcher Ex.
To apply the icons go to Your Launcher settings and:
Nova Launcher:
Nova Settings > Look and feel > Icon Theme > ICS Blue
Apex Launcher:
Apex settings > Theme settings > ICS Blue > Apply
Go Launcher EX:
Themes > Installed > ICS Blue > Apply
ADW Launcher:
ADW Settings > Themes > ICS Blue > Apply
Holo Launcher:
Appearance Settings >Icon pack > ICS Blue
Atom Launcher:
Launcher settings > Theme > ICS Blue > Use Theme
When you call something a theme it can mean many things. To me a theme should change the entire visual appearance of your phone, at least as much as can be chaged by that theme. So when I set out to create Vindicated for ADW Ex that was my goal. To create a compete theme.
As an Android user you have the most control of your screen through the placement and use of widgets, so a good theme should provide the base for you to build on in order to create visual happiness. The key element of that base is icons, and this is where Vindicated stands apart from many others as a theme.

How to install ICS Blue Icons APK for Android [menu]
Download ICS Blue Icons APK file from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
