Funzionalità specifiche:
a) in modalità “personal”:
- farmaci disponibili in casa e loro utilizzo e scadenza;
- alert rispetto alla “fornitura” farmaci: sapere preventivamente quando dover andare dal medico di base o dallo specialista, consentirà di evitare inutili scorte (che portano, inevitabilmente, a situazioni di giacenza e successiva scadenza/inutilità del farmaco) e di sapere per tempo quando prenotare e quando dover andare dal medico;
- remind per l’assunzione quotidiana della terapia ordinaria, settato su tempi, modalità e posologie;
b) in modalità “social”, condivisa :
- quadro specifico dell’interazione del farmaco con cibi, bevande, altri prodotti di assunzione orale (compresi altri farmaci).
Obiettivo principale del progetto è, infatti, creare un sistema che sia di reale supporto e aiuto per gli anziani beneficiari del servizio nel rapporto che essi hanno con l’assunzione della terapia farmacologica
