Aplikacija vrši identifikaciju dolaznih poziva sa fiksne mreže, koristeći postojeći servis sa adrese www.mtel.ba/imenik . Pri dolaznom pozivu koji nije upisan u imenik korisničkog uređaja, prikazuje se ime i prezime pozivaoca kao i njegova adresa. Servis za identifikaciju poziva se može po potrebi uključiti i isključiti. Aplikacija takođe pruža mogućnost pretrage imenika sa adrese www.mtel.ba/imenik po kategorijama (fizička lica, pravna lica, po broju, po imenu itd.)
