i’mprove lets you publicly report any issue you face: closed gas station within its working time, dirty dumbbells at the gym, expired food in your favorite grocery store, overpriced cocktails in the bar, … - just a few examples to name.
You report, the app automatically finds who is responsible for it and sends a notification to the business owner. Meanwhile, your report is public and everyone can support it and comment it. The business owner is now able to manage your report - discuss with you why the issue happened, give you an excuse or even send you a voucher for your next purchase!
What is more, your favorite POIs can send you personalized messages and let you first know for limited offers, discounts and more.
