2. Are you the person who is facing problem while asking the shopkeeper for an ingredient in the local language?
3. Are you the person who is cooking by watching some online recipes, where in all the ingredients mentioned in English and you want to know them in your regional language?
This application is for you where you can call an ingredient in different Indian languages.
The Ingredients are divided in different categories like Cereals & Pulses, Dairy Products, Fruits, Vegetables, Spices, Flours, Nuts and Greens.
It translates the ingredient name in your regional language. Following are the currently supported languages:
1. English
2. Hindi
3. Kannada
4. Tamil
5. Telugu
Features:
1. Offline:
This application works completely offline where in all the data along with the pictures stored in the application itself. So there won't be any waiting time to see your favorite ingredient in chosen language.
2. Categories:
All the ingredients are separated into different categories based on their food nature for your easy access.
3. Ingredient List:
List of all the ingredients with the pictures. Names are displayed in default English along with your selected language.
a) Search an ingredient.
b) Alphabet Indexer for fast scrolling.
4. Ingredient Details View:
Selected Ingredient from list view is shown in all the languages supported with the image. You can share the ingredient from this screen.
5. Settings:
a) To change the language
b) To enable/disable the new version update alert
Access Permissions:
1. Application uses INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE permissions to check for new version update.
2. Application uses WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission to share the ingredient picture from your device
