No need to print and fill out a COC any more. Setup your inspections before hand and download them to your phone. Log sample data including taking pictures of the location and the sample so you don't have to take down any serial numbers. Submit your COC through your phone and mail in the samples along with the COC confirmation you receive with your electronic submission.
