Mafia PSubscribed in the begining of August. Didn't get August kit. Then September came and the application said I would recieve September kit before the 10th. Haven't recieved it and the application says
that my kit is still at the warehouse. The application works perfectly but it needs something that allows me to communicate with an Ipsy representative. If it had something that allowed me to
communicate to a representative I wouldn't have given a bad rating but please understand my frustration! They took my money and haven't provided what they promised when subscribing !!
Tika FickI absolutely love Ipsy. I have yet to recieve a product I don't like, and the bags are super cute! I love how they send you items catered to your interests specified in the questionnare when you sign
up. It gives you the opportunity to test out different makeup that you wouldn't buy for yourself in a store. I also like that they send emails with a quick description of which products you recieve
and guides on how to use them. The only thing I don't like is sometimes they send you little tester samples that you can only use once before they run out. Other than that it's great, and the bags
always come the same time each month. I reccomend signing up!
