At first I didn't understand why the app said I was on a waiting list but I received an email today from their customer service explaining the wait list was for the app itself not Ipsy glam bag wait list. Their customer service is amazing as well!!

Glam Bag and Ipsy App Are Different

We're all on the waiting list for the entire ipsy store, us receiving our glam bags don't matter. So, like being on a wait list for our bags, we're on a wait list to enter the store as well.

I love my Ipsy subscription- I've had it for awhile now... That being said, this app will not work and is a waste of your phone's memory. I question why it is even available in Google Play. It makes me feel less confident in the Ipsy company as a whole.

I've had this app downloaded since I subscribed to ipsy back in October and I am still on the waitlist. Every time there is an update I'm hopeful that I'm taken off the waitlist but it never seems to happen. I love ipsy but this app situation is very irritating...
