IS Cartella ti permette di accedere al servizio Cartella Remota di Impresa Semplice: il tuo spazio di storage on line a partire da 100Gbyte.
Puoi accedere ai tuoi dati on line direttamente dal tuo smartphone o tablet ovunque ti trovi.
Sono disponibili le seguenti funzioni:
- accesso on-line alla cartella sincronizzata: la cartella sincronizzata è lo spazio on line che che sincronizza i tuoi dati su tutti i tuoi PC e li rende accessibili da tutti i tuoi dispositivi. Puoi salvare documenti, fogli excel, presentazioni PowerPoint, foto, video ed altro ancora;
- registrazione ed invio di una foto, video o registrazione audio immediatamente allo spazio on line per salvarla, visualizzarla o condividerla.
- scaricare i files on line direttamente sullo smartphone o tablet per accedervi anche senza connessione internet;
- condividere files, documenti, foto o video con collaboratori o fornitori, anche proteggendoli con una password.
