Cada Código Jurídico tiene diferentes etapas procesales, desde el inicio de la presentación de la demanda, contemplando los plazos y actuados judiciales, hasta llegar a la emisión de la sentencia, también los diferentes recursos de impugnación dentro la jurisdicción interna.
Así mismo se presenta los Organismos Internacionales sobre derechos humanos y su relación con la vigencia del ejercicio de derechos universalmente reconocidos.
