Organizatorami IV Kongresu Onkologii Polskiej jest Polskie Towarzystwo Onkologiczne będące zarazem Głównym Patronem Naukowym. Polskie Towarzystwo Onkologiczne zaprosiło do współorganizacji tego przedsięwzięcia także inne towarzystwa naukowe oraz organizacje pacjentów związane z onkologią, co gwarantuje interdyscyplinarny charakter Kongresu.
Kongres Onkologii Polskiej jest ważnym naukowym wydarzeniem dla środowiska onkologicznego w Polsce. Grono zaproszonych ekspertów to wybitni specjaliści w dziedzinie onkologii w Polsce oraz na świecie. Kongres jest imprezą cykliczną i odbywa się co cztery lata. Ostatni raz odbył się w 2012 roku we Wrocławiu.

On behalf of the organizers of the IV Congress of Polish Oncology warmly welcome all oncologists, other physicians and representatives of related fields of oncology, as well as nurses and medical students interested in the subject of oncology to participate in the deliberations of the Congress, which will be held on October 12-15, 2016 boat.
The organizers of the IV Congress of Polish Oncology is the Polish Oncological Society which is also the main patron of the Scientific.
