This application is a clock. But it is not a common clock, it shows Japanese Traditional Time instead. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_clock#The_traditional_Japanese_time_system

Note: Unlike most other applications of the kind, this one does not use network to get sunrise and sunset time, everything is calculated locally.
