Easily enter your mood, stress, sleep, medications and symptoms into a day. Need more information about that day? Use the notes section to remember your doctor’s appointments, tests, or more information about how you were feeling that day. Journal My Health is designed to interact with Fitbit® data and weather data to give you a better picture of other factors which could affect your symptoms and health.
All of this information is put into charts, allowing you to visualize how these factors can be impacting your progress. You can also send this information to any of your healthcare team! Take control of your data and your health with Journal My Health.
